How to Apply
- an application for a visit
- Application by a guardian or agent to the administrative welfare center of the address of the child's resident registration
- Where a person who was previously eligible for payment is suspended due to a change in the criteria for payment, he/she applies ex officio to the person in charge at the time of age (however, if a change occurs, an application for revisiting the administrative welfare center at the address)

- Resident registration card, passport, driver's license, disabled registration card, youth card
- When applying for proxy : The power of attorney related to child allowance, a copy of the child's guardian ID card, and confirmation of the agent ID card
- In case of multiple nationalities or children born abroad
- Children of multiple nationalities submit basic certificates, family relations certificates, and copies of foreign passports
- For non-multiple nationality born overseas, submit a copy of domestic passport
